My client is a leading F&B company in KSA with 14 brands in their portfolio. They are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in planning and managing operations in assigned restaurant in order to exceed company targets for growth and profitability with outstanding product and service execution. Below more details:
- Assist Restaurant Manager to achieve targets and to meet brand objective with maintaining of quality and service for high quality end brand.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants in order to exceed company objectives.
- Set individual goals and monitor daily sales targets to maintain and increase brand objective.
- Balance staffing levels and labor costs to achieve optimal productivity.
- Monitor and control cost centers using established methods to meet goals.
- Monitor Food Safety, Food quality and hygiene Standards to meet high level of product service.
- Maintain adequate stock levels for the volume of your brand business for growth.
- Respond and resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like open Table and Peach Works.
- Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers.
- Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job.
- Professional Certification (Foodservice Management Professional “FMP”) is a plus
