My client is a leading corporate services provider in Saudi Arabia. They offer integrated technological solutions, including digital platforms, data management and infrastructure management. They are currently looking for an Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to HR Director, below more details:

  • Work closely with sales team / hiring managers to determine technical resource requirements in KSA and other locations as required.
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different nichesites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on relevant websites and other social media platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, releasing of offers letters, conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
  • Maintenance of recruitment database and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy

 Requirements:

  • Must be Saudi.
  • 5+ years of experience as Technical Recruiter
  • Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
  • Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
