We are currently looking for a Business Development Partner to join our team and develop business in Qatar. Below more details:

  • You would be responsible for searching, acquiring, and closing new business with new employers.
  • You’ll meet and exceed goals through detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, negotiating and closing sales.

A typical day might include:

  • Establishing a relationship and communicating our value proposition to a key decision maker at a prospective client.
  • Managing the qualification process in your assigned industry based upon our prospecting criteria.
  • Developing your personal sales style and pitch.
  • Monitoring your sales activity (call prospect, qualify company, sign Terms with new clients, getting Job Orders and filling the Job Requirement Sheet).
  • Submitting a standard sales report, such as a weekly forecast, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, or business plan report.
