My client a leading business setup advisory company in Dubai (+200 headcount) has recently opened an office in Riyadh and looking for an Admin Executive Client Relations based in Riyadh. Below more details:

  • Interacting and assisting clients, collecting documents for visa, trade license.
  • Evaluating and preparing document assessment in order to ensure that clients are advised of the pending documents.
  • Coordinating delivery and collection of documents to and from the clients, or courier booking of documents if required.
  • Drafting of various letters such as board resolutions, request letters, etc.
  • Assisting in Client Profiling on Zoho CRM (software)& ERP management.
  • Following up on all the due/delay/on-hold applications for all Jurisdictions and inform the account manager/s accordingly.
  • Processing and checking of documents are correct for Trade License with Amendment and Cancellation Application Process.

Qualifications:

  • A university graduate from recognized university
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience inclusive
  • Have excellent knowledge of Business Set-Up (Mainland & DED)
  • Good understanding of sales and customer service in Business Set-Up Industry.
  • Quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure.
  • Proficient in English
