My client is a Saudi Gaming company and part of Saudi venture-building platform with a +150 employees and diversified network of fast-growing companies, operating across different sectors. They empower and invest in talents (future leaders) to exploit their full potential and create success stories. They are currently looking for Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh or Jeddah. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Below more details:

  • This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for building an effective team to implement the company strategies.
  • Establishes the KPI’s for the team and department and keen on KPI achievements of the team and his own.
  • Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.
  • Expands the profile of the company and its brands.
  • Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Helps to shape the company’s long-term objectives and plans how to meet them.
  • Researches and identifies new markets.
  • Identifies and recommends new services.
  • Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work
  • Provides advice on product development and promotional strategies.
  • Helps direct development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar qualification.
  • 3-6 years of experience in preferably from Agencies (marketing agency/media agency/ media sales).
  • Gaming experience is plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic Languages.
  • Self-Starter with plenty of initiative to innovate, change and develop old ideas into new opportunities.
  • Interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market and business intelligence to make informed choices about business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
