We can go faster and deep in talent search than any inhouse team and most agencies. We are currently looking for a Business Development Partner to join our team. Reporting to Managing Partner, You would be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business with new employers within the assigned reegion. Below more details:
A typical day:
- Establishing relationship and communicating our value proposition to a key decision makers (like CEOs/MDs, Recruitment Heads, Talent Acquisition Directors) at a prospective employers.
- Developing your personal sales style and pitch.
- Listening to your client’s talent needs.
- Forwarding CVs that you receive from our Headhunting team to your clients.
- Maintain excellent relations with your client and make sure that they are always satisfied.
- Submitting a standard sales report, such as a weekly forecast, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress.
