CFO

My client an ambitious and very well funded visionary Saudi Chain of Coffeehouses is currently looking for a CFO to join their team in Riyadh. They currently have 25 Branches and expanding across KSA. Reporting to CEO you will be manage, plan, analysis report and oversee tasks and responsibilities related to the finance department. Below more details about the role:

• Managing finance Department Team with 13 employees.
• Manage, plan, and oversee tasks and responsibilities related to the finance department.
• Driving the company’s financial planning.
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Ensuing compliance with law and company polices.
•  Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.

KPIs:

• Manage, plan, and oversee tasks and responsibilities related to the finance department Operating expenses as per budget: 100%
• Gross margin as per budget: 100%
• Saving from all expenses: 5%
• Net Profit As per budget: 100%
• EBITDA As per budget: 100%
• Intra-department satisfaction : <90%
• Average time to process a payment: > 3 working days.
• Days to close the books and sign off the month by 15th of each month.
• % Of employees attend the IFRS Training: <80%

Requirements:

• B.S degree in Finance or Accounting
• Holding one of the finance certificate ( e.g CFA, CMA, IFRS, CFI )
• Experience in coffee companies or restaurants with +30 branches.
• KSA resident
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
