My client is a multidisciplinary conglomerate with companies specializing in Construction, consulting, Real Estate, Property Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Technologies & Trading services. They are currently looking for a CFO for their Facility Management company based in Riyadh. Reporting to CEO, you will perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. Below more details:
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Perform risk management
- Providing strategic recommendations to CEO and members of the executive management team. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations. Decide on investment strategies
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel Manage vendor relationships
- Update reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance system Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Experience in this field for at least 20 years
- CPA MSc/MBA is preferable
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
