- Resolving customer queries, concerns and complaints on real time basis
- Maintain the brand image, at the same time ensure the customer is happy
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
- Follow the collection process
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Be persuasive with the customers and ensure the payments are on time
- Convert nonpaying/ long overdue customers to pay
Qualifications:
- Must be Saudi/Female and Riyadh resident.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service.
