CRM Manager

My client is one of Dubai”s top leading Property Developers, is currently looking for CRM Manager to join their team in Riyadh. You will manage a team of 10 CRM Executives. Below more details:

• Successfully manage customer relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer and Ensures that CRM executives are well-trained and updated with any new products and services
• Ensure him/ her and the team is achieving KPIs specified by the management
• Ensure that the team is well updated at all times and is motivated
• Provide the best solution to the client which can in turn help the organization increase the collection numbers
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
• Handle all communications to customers by the team updating them on the completion dates, payment schedules and project construction updates and ensure the handover is done on time and as per the organizations process and policies
• Closely monitor teams performance and quality of communication at the same time following organizations processes and policies
• Responsible for team’s performance and all the necessary trainings are provided.

Requirements:

• Must be female/Saudi.
• At least 3-5 years managerial experience in customer service. Must be hands-on.
