Government Sales Manager


My client a top 5-star luxury international chain Hotel is hiring Government Sales Manager in Riyadh. Reporting to Director of Government Sales, you will drive hotel’s government Sales. Below more details:

  • Together with the Director of Sales & Marketing, to implement agreed rate structure and strategy for assigned market segments.
  • To establish and maintain effective working relations both within the department and with other departments.
  • To attend select trade and travel functions, i.e. trade shows and to promote sales and image for the hotel.
  • To plan and where appropriate, execute sales trips to major market areas, reporting new potential markets that should be considered.
  • To provide feedback and market information to the Director of Sales & Marketing relating to changing market conditions, including trends in competition by carrying out sales solicitation, telephone, reading material and interacting with competitive hotel staff. Also, to analyze and review these changes with the Director of Sales & Marketing, implementing programmed with the Sales team to meet these changes in all market segments.
  • To maintain close relationships with all key decision-makers, both in local and international markets.


  • Must be Saudi.
  • At least 3 years of luxury hotel experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written, and non-verbal.
  • Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation.
  • quality-driven with a passion for excellence.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Possess a high degree of stamina, agility, and flexibility.
