My client a leading digital performance marketing agency is currently looking for Head of Digital to join their team in JLT/Dubai. Reporting to Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of various digital offerings and operations for the agency. Below more details:

  • Oversee and manage all the digital media team and offerings/services/products
  • Develop Digital marketing plans for our the agency clients and manage the overall strategies and execution plans for the client
  • Build, lead & grow the programmatic offering at the agency and work with the different paid media teams to push it with our existing clients
  • Lead digital strategy engagements with a strong focus on performance, analytics and data
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the agent clients especially the bigger accounts in order to keep a make sure we are providing them with high level of service along being able to cross and upset them when we can
  • Connect with clients to identify key strategic challenge(s) and business, communications and digital needs to be addressed; evaluate scope of strategic engagement
  • Lead RFP responses in terms of strategy, creative thinking and tactical executions, media planning
  • Lead large scale projects and events managing large teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with media suppliers and partners and ensure that the agency staff is aware of new products and offerings in the market
  • Lead in keeping clients informed about key digital issues; brand safety, ad fraud and view ability .
  • Develop working practices and processes to maximise digital output across the business
  • Establish organizational Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Develop a personnel action plan for each direct report to identify opportunities for further career development
  • Enjoy good rapport with all levels from MD to Trainees, showing the ability to effectively delegate up as well as do
  • Help to develop staff and set realistic KPIs for progression and digital upskilling
  • To continually look for and identify areas of development for client’s business to increase billings and revenue
  • To shop and impart a thorough knowledge of all media opportunities within the online/ digital discipline
  • Continuous identification and implementation of new process, technology and tools to improve team
  • Work with the wider agency team to identify new opportunities and trends we can introduce to
  • To lead the pitch teams to prepare a strong comprehensive responses to RFPs and lead during the presentations with the
  • Assist in setting revenue and profit targets for key accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales of existing services or highlighting requirements for developing new
  • Help in monitoring competitive activity to identify potential threats to key
  • Ensure that clients receive a satisfactory level of service, coordinate with the senior manager the work of all departments that deal directly or indirectly with
  • Meet with sales managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross

Qualifications:

  • Digital agency background – ecommerce is must.
