My client is the MENA’s largest B2B healthcare marketplace worldwide that connects distributors and pharmacies, helping them to access pharmaceutical products and an easy way to connect with distributors. They are currently looking for Head of Growth to join their team in Dubai. Reporting to VP Operations, you would be responsible for both distributor and pharmacy acquisition through the optimization and management of paid media programs across Facebook, Google, and other digital & traditional media. - Create digital ads campaigns and recommend experiments, analyze experiment results, conduct daily performance analysis, and present performance results.
- Make recommendations for the optimization of conversion from digital ad spend.
- This role requires the ability to collaborate with product managers, sales team and cross-functional marketing partners to develop, test, and optimize campaigns
- This is an awesome role for someone who can work the complete Digital Ad lifecycle from Ideation to Measurement and Iteration.
- Implement the business and payer strategy for new and evolving markets.
- Identify, analyze and prioritize opportunities for acquisition, investment and strategic partnership, working closely with teams across the company.
- Implement growth strategies targeted at the markets served, as well as market adjacencies that represent opportunities for expansion, and leveraging technology to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in new and expanding marketing launches with a possible future operational role in new markets.

- Build marketing plans across paid, organic and owned channels to grow merchant acquisition
- Budget, structure, and optimize global media campaigns.
- Structure ongoing tests to measure the impact and effectiveness of the creative, audience segmentation, and channel.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies whether online or offline.
- Perform A/B tests on landing pages, different website and mobile app elements, ad strategies and ad copy and media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Research and suggest marketing tools to automate and perform many of the redundant tasks of marketing activities.
- Create email marketing campaigns.
- 8+ years of experience in the advertising industry, managing campaigns across various digital platforms
- Must have worked in a B2B and start up environment
- Experience with retargeting / ads optimization for B2B acquisition
- Experience owning marketing channels with strict CAC and ROAS goals
- A background of leveraging complex data sets to understand market trends, campaign performance, measurement, and opportunities for growth.
