HR Consultant

My client is a Saudi venture-building platform with a diversified network of fast-growing companies, operating across different sectors. They empower and invest in talents (future leaders) to exploit their full potential and create success stories. They are currently looking for HR Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. Below more details:

• The HR Consultant will provide human capital guidance and advice to a variety of clients.
• It is expected from the HR Consultant to prepare presentations and reports, may conduct research/ benchmarks to provide analysis and conclusion.
• The HR Consultant shall work on human resource models such as Job Descriptions, manpower and recruitment plans, performance management framework, reward management, incentive scheme, career path, and other modules.
• You will engage on engagements from planning through to implementation.
• The HR Consultant should possess knowledge and good understanding of Human Resource Management on one or more of the HR practices, principles, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience working as an HR consultant
• Must be from Consulting Background
• Knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation Skills
• The ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Has excellent skills working on PowerPoints and excel sheets
