My client is a leading corporate services provider in Saudi Arabia. They offer integrated technological solutions, including digital platforms, data management and infrastructure management. They are currently looking for an HR Director to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to COO, below more details:

  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top
  • Performance Management, establishing annual evaluation rules and procedures for the staff and leaders and linking them to the objectives of the departments and overall objective of the
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees, which includes
    • Preparation of the annual training plan for all the departments which meets the organization’s strategic and operational
    • Preparation of internal processes, chains of approvals for admitting the training courses which ensure the training reflects on the quality of the organization’s productivity, and employee career development
  • Maintains compliance with Ministry of Labor, Saudi Arabia laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment
  • Performs other duties as
  • Provides support and guidance to HR team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Qualified Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with minimum of 10 years of
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when
