Indirect Sales Agent


My client is a top real estate and tourism developer hiring Indirect Sales Agent in Muscat/Oman. Reporting to Indirect Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and sell properties on behalf of the company. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential buyers, and facilitate property transactions. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market. Below more details:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable property options.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales, ensuring a win-win situation for both the buyer and the seller. Facilitate the closing process, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, client interactions, and property transactions. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field of study
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in the field of property sales
  • European national passport holder willing to travel twice a month to Europe, Russia, CIS, Africa, GCC, overseas.
  • Experience using the CRM system and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Multi-tasker and ability to shift priorities and interact with diverse suppliers and personalities simultaneously.
