My client operates some top American fast food restaurants in QSR is currently looking for an Legal Head (Saudi). Candidate has to be Saudi and Riyadh resident. The company is based in Riyadh and operates +150 branches across KSA. Reporting to CEO, below more details about the role:
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Draw up legal documents and manage or advise management on legal transactions and issues.
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Settling disputes and supervising any agreements.
- You must be Saudi, Riyadh resident.
