Maintenance Manager

My client a a modern Saudi Pasteurized Eggs Factory producing Fresh Liquid Eggs (Whole Liquid Eggs, White Liquid Eggs & Yolk Liquid Eggs) to serve the food industrial sector, Foodservice & HORECA is currently looking for Maintenance Manager to join their team in Al Kharj / Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Maintenance will manager the work of the welders, mechanical technicians, electrician technicians, utilities technicians and workers dedicated to Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities:

• ensures non-failure, technically correct and reliable operation of equipment, keeping it in working state and at the required level of accuracy;
• organizes the technically correct operation and timely repair of energy equipment and power systems, uninterrupted supply of electricity, steam, gas, water and other types of energy, controls the rational use of utilities at the enterprise, ensures observance of the energy saving;
• supervises the organization and planning of the work of the energy sector, the development of schedules for the repair of power equipment and power grids, participates in the development of plans for the production and consumption of electricity, energy fuel, steam, gas, water, compressed air, consumption rates and modes of consumption of all types of energy;
• elaborates of plans (schedules) for inspections, tests and preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with the provisions of the Unified system of scheduled preventive maintenance, approves these plans and monitors their implementation, provides technical preparation for production;
• coordinates plans (schedules) with contractors involved in repairs, timely provides them with the necessary technical documentation, participates in the preparation of lists for equipment overhaul;
• organizes the work on accounting for the availability and transferring of equipment, preparation and execution of technical and reporting documentation;
• organizes preventive maintenance, timely and high-quality repair and improving of equipment, works to increase its reliability and durability, carries out technical supervision of the condition, maintenance, repair of buildings and structures, ensures the rational use of materials for repair work

Qualifications

• Technical education
• 5+ years of experience in the specialty in engineering and technical positions at food production industry enterprises
• Expert in Steam boiler, air compressor, hvac, electric generator
• Experience in Project Management, Testing, Commissioning.
