 My client is a top Saudi sports, fitness and social wellness company built like a hotel for VVIP clients is currently looking for a Marketing Head to join their team in Jeddah. Reporting to COO you will develop and present to the Executive Team the marketing strategy in line with the brand and oversee the different marketing activities to ensure effective execution resulting in an increase in membership numbers and brand awareness. Below more details:

  • Manage and lead the creation of marketing collateral and work with advertising agencies as required
  • Manage and lead the execution of research and surveys on public perception of the company in KSA.
  • Actively monitor best practice marketing trends and tools for effective marketing
  • Provide regular update to exec team and propose initiative-taking action if required
  • Lead the analysis on market opportunities when researching new locations for B-IT
  • Communicate opportunities in the marketplace to leadership to expand market penetration and aid in achieving its business targets
  • Review and improve the establishment of Marketing standards, requirements and policies and procedures in order to ensure consistent quality of execution
  • Gather, study, and analyze the customer’s data and study consumer purchase behavior, market, and seasonal trends in order to tailor product and service offerings to fit customer needs
  • Review and present opportunities in the marketplace to the COO, to expand the B-IT market penetration and thereby achieve its business targets
  • Develop strategic partnerships, priorities, and business plans to secure new sources of viable business
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and new suppliers/agencies to ensure the most effective use of our resources
  • Organize and execute digital and direct marketing initiatives for all grand openings
  • Lead projects related to local social media, the app, and SMS led campaigns
  • Manage and lead design and copy content needed for regional campaigns
  • Oversee and lead development of the website, keyword search and Search engine optimization
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Managing the efficient Interaction with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements


  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or relevant specialization(s) from a recognized academic
  • Minimum 9 years of marketing and data analytics or relevant experience with 5 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record in marketing, sales, and project management
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Cloudera Certified Professional (CCP) or equivalent professional certification is preferred
  • Proven ability in extracting insights from large data sets, drawing conclusions and leveraging them to develop innovative marketing campaigns to promote business
