My client is an Amusement Retail & Entertainment company in KSA is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to CEO Retail & Entertainment, you will responsible to develop the marketing and branding portfolio that sustains the business model. You would plan and lead all the digital marketing activities and digital presence.
- Establish and keep the bond that the Company maintains with the marketing partners, build a trusting relationship as well as coordinate and follow up the projects authorized by them for each brand/project in terms of branding, positioning, promotions, activations, events, etc
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Leading the Marketing department and managing entire social/digital team with an emphasis on strategy & business development
- Proactively suggesting methods of improving existing offerings and providing new value- added offerings to clients
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
- Continuously researching and identifying industry trends globally and locally to share with staff
- Managing daily operations of Social Media Marketing, Media, Design, and Production
- Share industry knowledge across the team and relay best practice to clients
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, digital portals and blogs that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Seek among local and international companies the ones that best suit with the local business environment for commercial agreements
- Negotiate contract agreements with Marketing Partners
- Keep a constant communication with each marketing partner/sponsors and / or their agencies and follow up their participation in our brands (image, fluency, novelties)
- Elaborate presentations for sales and remodeling of establishments with the goal of showing the concepts/brands and the participation proposal of the trademark
- Coordinate the areas involved in the development and execution of the marketing campaigns
- Follow-up to any project of the marketing partners/sponsors (promotions, activations, events, inaugurations, launchings, etc.)
- Ensure the projects’ execution through constant and effective communication between the different areas in the Company and the sponsor trademarks
- Participate in the annual work plan with the senior team aligning it to the Company’s Objectives
- Review and present new association proposals to potential marketing partners with the purpose of attaining additional income to the Company.
- Travel requirements: 25%
Qualifications:
- +7 years of experience in marketing, public relations, sales, or advertising activities
- Marketing and or Business Administration Major. Ideally with graduate studies in marketing and Advertisement
- Experience and strong digital marketing skills
- Experience in promotion campaign management and branding
- Excellent client relations and treatment
- Experience in negotiations and commercial agreements
- Focus on customer service
- Perfect profile would come from Entertainment background, Retail, or Hospitality.
