My client a leading Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances manufacturer is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai. You would be responsible for operational aspects as below (but not limited to) to Consumer Electronics (TV etc) & Home Appliances Business (Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Cookers, Dish Washers etc) for GCC & SAARC Region. Below more details:
- Customer invoicing/supplier purchases
- System entries for amounts, payment terms, delivery terms, mode of transports, destinations, vessel dates
- Chamber of commerce attestations/approvals
- LC swift controls/coordination/documentation
- Shipping instruction preparation/coordination
- Shipment limit controls/tracking (TT/LC/SBLC/Atradius)
- Receivable insurance (Atradius) applications/coordination
- Incoming payments from customers/transactions system entries
- Customer balance and overdue controls/tracking/reporting
- Shipment related documents (B/L, country of origin, invoices etc) coordination with sales accounts directly after receiving them from HQ & ensuring correct dispatch of documents for shipment clearances to partners in GCC & SAARC region.
Requirements:
- Age – Preferably 25-30.
- Arabic speaking is a plus; but not mandatory.
- Turkish speaking is a plus; but not mandatory.
- Preferably having a background in a similar Role with Companies like – Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sharp, Electrolux, Whirlpool etc
