Private Equity Associate

My client an investment management firm that specializes in alternative investments and active management of portfolio companies, they offer a comprehensive range of asset classes across venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. They are currently looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to Principal you would be responsible to manage 1-2 portfolio investments and develops strategies. Below more details:

• Interface on a daily basis with Managing Directors and Portfolio Company CEO’s, CFO’s and Board of Directors members, providing business related analysis and guidance ;
• Implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value;
• Extensive financial modelling including sensitivity analysis to support potential investment opportunities;
• Provide ongoing monitoring of assets with the firm’s portfolios including review of monthly operating results and maintaining project performance;
• Review and evaluate potential Investments;
• Generate new deals and reach out to companies;
• Review financial results from a portfolio company and make sure they’re in-line with the forecast;
• Build, from scratch, a valuation or leveraged buyout model for a potential deal; and
• Conduct market research to assess a potential investment’s growth potential.
