Property Consultant


My client is a top real estate and tourism developer hiring Property Consultant in Dubai. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be to actively assist investors and buyers to take appropriate decisions regarding property purchase. Below more details:

  • Identify opportunities to grow in Sales base and build positive relationships with investors and buyers.
  • Actively promote company projects amongst peers, social network and potential clients
  • Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting.
  • Develop a personal network within the sales territory
  • Increase reach by hiring introducer and agents.
  • Apply highest quality standards in every assignment
  • Represent Company in the most professional and positive manner
  • Be sensible and professional in raising issues or discussing challenges
  • Strive to meet targets on time
  • Be a team player and put effort into helping team members

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field required. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years Property Consultant,¬†ideally with an emphasis in residential real estate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Russian or German.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
