We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist Intern to join our team. Below more details:
- You would be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business with new employers.
- You’ll meet and exceed goals through detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, negotiating and closing sales.
A typical day might include:
- Establishing a relationship and communicating our value proposition to a key decision maker at a prospective client.
- Managing the qualification process in your assigned industry based upon our prospecting criteria.
- Monitoring your sales cycle: call prospect, qualify company, sign Terms with new clients and getting Job Orders.
This job might be for you if:
- You are available for 6 month internship program.
- You are fresh graduate or have some experience in B2B Sales or Consulting with responsibility to acquire new clients.
- You love building relationships to achieve sales goals
- You are energetic and enjoy working online.
