Recruitment Specialist Intern

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist Intern to join our team. Below more details:

• You would be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business with new employers.
• You’ll meet and exceed goals through detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, negotiating and closing sales.

A typical day might include:

• Establishing a relationship and communicating our value proposition to a key decision maker at a prospective client.
• Managing the qualification process in your assigned industry based upon our prospecting criteria.
• Monitoring your sales cycle: call prospect, qualify company, sign Terms with new clients and  getting Job Orders.

This job might be for you if:

• You are fresh graduate or have some experience in B2B Sales or Consulting with responsibility to acquire new clients.
