Our client a leading holding in the food and retail sectors is currently looking for Refinery Chorus Operator (Refinery Supervisor) to join their team in Jeddah. Below more details:
- Reporting to Refinery Manager you would understand, operate and maintain Refineries production and leading multi-national team of labors to increase overall equipment effectiveness in safe condition, maintain quality stander and Adhering to SME best practices.
- Maintains H&S, communication & reports, people & morale, delivery of results, quality of product & systems (implementation)
- Responsible for shift wise production & all activities of process operation & product quality with the help of operation crew.
- To produce oil as per standard parameters provided for each operational stage. (Ref. QMP-1, AIC-QM-04 / 11, Page – 58).
- To assure finished oil supply to filling section as per weekly plan.
- To analyze daily output, breakdown, oil loss, filling supply reports.
- Trouble shooting the problem and issuing job tickets to concern.
- To prepare shift ending stock report at shift ending.
- To ascertain refined. & unrefined bulk oil delivery.
- To coordinate with harbor supervisor for oil movements.
- To look after safety & hygienic condition within process premises.
- Allocation of manpower as per operation requirement.
- To arrange chemicals, additive for refineries operation.
- To follow corrective and general maintenance job.
- To assist process & harbor manager for the appraisal of work force.
- To look after all activities of iso 9001:2008, HACCP requirement
- To transact daily production, chemical and additive material through oracle base OPM system.
- To do move order of all oil supply to packaging and distribution through oracle base OPM system.
- To update visual performance measure on daily basis and control 5S performance at plant.
- To monitor and control KPI, especially oil loss, chemical consumption and utility consumption during oil processing.
- To assure perfection of additive quantity on production batches and bulk tanker, it must be comply with bill of material.
- To record all Shifts activities in the Logbook.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of associate engineer diploma in chemist or equivalent degree.
