Sales Executive


My client a Saudi group with diverse activities is currently looking for a Sales Executive (Projects) for their home furniture and décor company based in Riyadh. Reporting to Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Below more details:

  • Play a vital role in driving sales growth in particular (Government and Semi Government Sectors) and expanding customer base in the project sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the project sector through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing sales leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and technical experts, to develop comprehensive project proposals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar role (within Saudi Arabia or GCC ), preferably in Home Furniture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
