Sales Manager Printing and Packaging Chemicals


My client specializes in the distribution of chemical consumables for industrial printing and packaging. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager based in Dubai. Reporting to General Manager and managing a team of 2 Sales Reps, you will be developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth within the region. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will establish and nurture relationships with key clients, expand market share, and contribute to the overall success of the company.   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing and packaging industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and address any concerns.
  • Devise and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to refine sales strategies and tactics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales in the printing and packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial chemicals used in printing and packaging processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
