My client is one of Dubai”s top leading Property Developers, is currently looking for Sales Unit Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The role purpose is to achieve sales targets and support the sales process by managing customer relationships, directing sales efforts, supervising and coaching sales staff, and overseeing the administration of sales branch offices. Below more details:

  • Manages direct and indirect customer relationships to increase the conversion rate of prospective customers and referrals to actual customers.
  • Receives sales targets assigned by the Head of Sales, distributes sales assignments to sales staff, and follows-up with sales process.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of the sales process and advises/makes modifications as necessary with the collaboration of the Head of Sales to ensure that targets are met.
  • Organizes and plans real estate agent recruitment process, and provides support to sales staff as necessary to assist their agent recruitment activities.
  • Establishes standardized customer follow-up procedures within the Customer Relationship Management system and monitor performance of sales team against prescribed benchmarks.
  • Assists in resolving customer service queries to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Real Estate, Luxury Auto, Luxury Retail- Banking and insurance sales.
  • Have a database or can sell to HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals).
  • Must be Saudi/Female and Riyadh resident.
