Head of HR and Internal Affairs – Jeddah

A Saudi PR & Communication agency is looking for a Head of HR and Internal Affairs based in Jeddah. Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for managing the HR department including recruiting, evaluating personnel performance and training. Below more details:

Recruitment and Manpower Planning:

  • Collaborate with Department Heads to develop departmental manpower plans and budgets aligned with organizational objectives and
  • Manage a performance appraisal system to drive and maintain high employee performance
  • Monitor and  assess  recruitment  unit  performance,  ensuring  adherence  to  budgeted headcount and quality
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including interviews, selection, and hiring, while confirming compensation packages and obtaining necessary
  • Process position replacements and conduct budget checks to maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Advise on and enforce organizational policies, including equal employment opportunity, gender equality, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, and anti-harassment.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and orientation plans for new
  • Conduct exit interviews and develop exit plans to enhance employee

Payroll and Attendance:

  • Oversee all payroll activities for new hires, current employees, and those who have been
  • Manage and control approved leave requests and ensure timely
  • Monitor and cross-reference employee absences and leaves within the
  • Inspect payroll data for accuracy and prepare summaries for
  • Continuously monitor post-payroll data for accuracy and maintain data log sheets.

Employee Services:

  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees seeking advice, decision-making, and dispute
  • Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, and guide disciplinary
  • Conduct  investigations   to   ensure   objectivity,   issue  warnings,   and   verify   supporting
  • Advise on actions necessary to maintain decision
  • Implement retention efforts and ensure all employees utilize the HR platform and application
  • Foster internal communications and execute employee engagement

Training and Development:

  • Ensure the provision of professional and behavioral training, promoting best practices within the

Government Relations | Legal Affairs:

  • Stay informed about labor and HR laws, ensuring company
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to Saudization and other regulatory

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in HR Generalist function including 3 years as an HR Leader
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required; an MBA or a Masters in a relevant field is preferred.
