Senior Sales Engineer (Export Markets)

My client an Italian chemical dosing equipment manufacturer since 1982 is hiring Senior Sales Engineer in Dubai. Reporting to Managing Director in Dubai, you will oversee our export markets, focusing on Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Libya, and West Africa. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of prospecting and cultivating strong customer relationships within theWater Treatment industry. Below more details:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue within assigned export markets.
  • Prepare quotations, conduct sales negotiations, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell to existing clients and enhance market penetration by integrating sophisticated technologies into our product line.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company within designated market areas and countries.
  • Proactively identify, address, and resolve client concerns and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in the CRM system.
  • Keep the company informed of market trends and competitor activities. 


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the Water Treatment industry, preferably with equipment-related products. (Applicants not meeting this requirement will not be considered).
  • This position requires remote work with frequent travel to assigned export markets. Candidates must be able to work independently and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
