We collect only the information needed to run a hiring process: your contact details, professional history, role preferences and the applications you submit. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share candidate profiles with employers you have not applied to.

Employer account data — company details, billing contacts and posted mandates — is stored for the life of the account and for the period required by UAE commercial record-keeping rules after closure.

You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting our team. We respond to verified requests within thirty days.

CareerDubai provides a platform connecting employers hiring in Dubai with professional candidates. Job seekers use the platform free of charge. Employers purchase job postings or search mandates under the plan selected at checkout.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of every posted role, including salary range, seniority and visa requirements. We remove listings that are misleading, discriminatory or not genuinely open, without refund.

Plans are purchased as one-time payments. Where a mandate closes without a qualified shortlist, we re-run the search at no additional cost rather than issue a cash refund, unless UAE consumer law requires otherwise.

Where a candidate or employer is located in the European Economic Area, we process personal data as a controller under the General Data Protection Regulation, relying on legitimate interest for recruitment matching and consent for marketing communications.

You have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict or erase your personal data, and to object to processing at any time. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not affect an application already in progress.

Data transferred outside the EEA to our UAE operations is covered by standard contractual clauses and equivalent technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
