My client one of the leading producers, manufacturers and distributors of fresh dairy products in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer. You would be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership to key Functional Operational departments: Logistics, Process Plant, Project & Plant Maintenance, Quality Assurance, General Maintenance, Workshop and Support Services. - Developing and designing dynamic and productive operational strategies, business process reengineering, talent development, establishing performance measurement
- Innovation: Direct & Lead innovation initiatives that will make the employer forefront leader in the Dairy industry
- People’s Objective: Make the employer an Employer of Choice and a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best they can be and act as “business owners”.
- Develop and present strategic and annual business
- Create annual operating plans that support the strategic direction set by the Executive
- Profitably manage the current rapid growth and future expansion
- Consolidate all business units into one cohesive unit & one productive
- Lower costs through optimization of People, Processes &
- Report on progress against the strategic and annual business plans on a regular
- Lead and manage day to day operations of the Functional
- Lead the Company in the field of Innovation & Technology

- Manage, motivate, develop and lead members of the Management Team
Requirements:
- MBA – with Engineering degree.
- Minimum:15 years in FMCG Companies /10 years in a Senior Executive /Age: 45 to 55 Years. Must have knowledge of latest dairy technology.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
