My client is a Saudi venture-building platform with a diversified network of fast-growing companies, operating across different sectors. They empower and invest in talents (future leaders) to exploit their full potential and create success stories. They are currently looking for an Account Manager (Software) to join their team in Jeddah. Below more details:

  • Generate new sales opportunities with exists and new clients
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Engage in deals requiring collaboration across multiple regions and functions and ensure submittal of timely and accurate forecasts
  • Building financial and technical proposals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any relevant field
  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience in managing large account portfolios
  • Good customer service and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
  • Must be Saudi
