Customer Success Manager – Cyber Security

My Client has established itself as the region’s trusted IT security advisor and Managed Security Services Providers. They are currently looking for Customer Success Manager to join their team in Dubai. Below more details:

  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a ‘success plan’ with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features and functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned accounts, support client and help drive SaaS platform adoption and participate in product-related activities to serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Effectively analyse usage reports, execute plans on increasing monetized revenue generated from existing accounts.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to clients on best practices, opportunities, and/or success stories for customer life cycle management.

Qualifications

  • Masters in computer engineering with 10 years of experience in functional consulting or customer success/Account Management experience.
  • Ideal candidate will be working in Cyber security, technology platforms or SaaS company.
  • Experience in both consulting and pre-sales is ideal and proven ability to map the customer’s business process to product capability.
  • Experience in driving transformation in enterprises through effective change management and adoption highly preferred
  • Experience in managing internal stakeholders and external business partners.
