My client a leading Saudi Burger brand operating +70 branches across the Kingdom is currently looking for an Delivery Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Below more details about the role:
- Develop & implement delivery strategy
- Analyze, understand & manage delivery sales
- Oversee and manage the delivery function for and all sales channels (branch, aggregator, company delivery, call center and app delivery)
- Forecast delivery volumes, by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets, to plan team size and staffing schedules by channel
- Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing delivery routes
- Ensure proper handling of food during the delivery process to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Develop best practices in delivery services such as maintaining customer database
- Manage guest experience and complaints
- Work with the team (colleagues, subordinates & supervisors) to meet objectives
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles used in the delivery function
