Digital Experience Specialist

My client a global multinational strategy consulting business, is currently looking for a Digital Experience Specialist based in Dubai. Reporting to Digital Experience Manager you will manage integrated marketing plans for the firm’s people agenda, including but not limited to: careers and talent recruiting, ambassador program, diversity and inclusion, Qadat program, and social impact. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and publish interactive and engaging content designed to optimise the user journey of target segments. Below more details:

  • Support in the successful delivery of a range of digital projects, including web experiences, microsites, podcasts, and videos
  • Work with managers to create a stellar and successful digital experience for all our audience segments, including clients, talent, and media, ensuring that each touchpoint of their journey is effective and engaging
  • Support with marketing performance management and analytics
  • Act as a marketing arm to support in optimising people programs (Inclusion & Diversity, Female Value Proposition, Global Mobility, Social Impact, Qadat, and others) and in creating a best-in-class experience for people segments (Talent, new joiners, MBA ambassadors, others)
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders – including colleagues from Human Capital – to understand challenges and objectives around people programs
  • Map all touchpoints, and understand and analyse user journeys
  • Design multi-channel marketing campaigns and drive implementation from ideation to execution, identifying the right tactics to leverage across a multitude of marketing channels (i.e. website, social media, paid media, email, offline material)
  • Produce valuable and engaging assets that attract and convert our target groups, by managing and working closely with a number of internal teams and expert external vendors
  • Own all relevant sections of company’s Middle East website to ensure it reflects on program goals
  • Own people-centric social media platforms and go-to-market approach. Set guidelines to educate stakeholders to produce and publish self-generated content, and monitor closely
  • Instil a “marketing mindset” in internal stakeholders, to make marketing a continuous and consistent part of our people programs
  • Be on the lookout of market trends and technologies, and conduct regular benchmarks with key market players
  • Constantly innovate on delivery models and external partner capabilities to ensure best in class output
  • Drive reporting and performance analysis of people projects. Measure and report on marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals


  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Experience, preferably in a multinational firm or ideally someone coming from a well-known Marketing company (Leo Burnett, Saatchi and Saatchi, Publicis…)
  • University degree in Business or Marketing
  • Proven skills and experience with digital project delivery across website, social media and paid media
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent people skills and high sense of teamwork
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including creative teams and vendors, to develop marketing assets
