My client a leading supplier of specialty chemicals and consumables for the printing industry is looking for General Manager based in Dubai. Reporting to Managing Director, you will lead a team of 15, running daily operations and developing growth strategies. Below more details:
- Overall Profit Center responsibility
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Developing and implementing growth strategies in different segments.
- Creating and managing budgets in alignment with Company strategy.
- Improving revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity and setting up the KPIs per each BU
- Profit Centre ownership
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities within current & new business partners
- Generating Performance reports and submitting to Managing Director
Requirements:
- Shall have knowledge in field of printing and packaging, Ink or Coating.
- Shall manage and be aware of all technical background in this industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- 20+ years experience.
