My client is a leading corporate services provider in Saudi Arabia. They provide expertise and professional support for a successful establishment, operation and growth in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking for a Legal Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible to draft, review, complete and file legal documentation, such PoAs, AoA, JVs ..etc related to business operations. Below more details:
- Assist and advise clients in businesses on establishing their company’s structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their business operations.
- Draft, review, complete and file legal documentation, such PoAs, AoA, JVs ..etc related to business operations.
- Ensure relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by businesses.
- Research and resolve legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
- Negotiate contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the businesses involved.
- Ensure all business processes, strategies, and actions comply with all relevant local and international laws.
- Manage multiple clients, cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Legal Degree preferably commercial law
- Strong client facing skills & communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Arabic and English language
