Overview
My client is a Saudi Consulting Company specialized in unifying the private sector’s voice, organizing its efforts, and building its Advocacy capabilities to engage it with the public sector professionally. They are currently looking for a Marketing and Communication Director to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to CCO, you will manage a team of 5 and lead Comms and Marketing activities. Below more details:
- Marketing and Communication Strategy and Administration:
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies
- Collaborate with Policy and Research team and Association Affairs team on finding and maintaining smooth communication both internally and externally.
- Conduct and lead consumer research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the market that can be exploited and worked on.
- Lead all social media efforts on various social networks from content development, engagement and CRM.
- Build cross-functional relationships with department heads to understand services, customers and the industries and therefore develop focused communication marketing and communication services
- Communication Operation:
- Directing the development and implementation of both the traditional and digital marketing strategies
- Expand partnerships with social media influencers
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and modify it as needed.
- Plan and lead events to build and strengthen public image and thought leadership positioning.
- Design, develop and distribute consistent creative, messaging and branding throughout different communication touchpoints.
- Reporting:
- Maintain documentation
- Acknowledging and complying with company’s policies and clients’ relationship management.
- Maintaining and keeping records confidential and proprietary information accordingly.
- Departmental Requirements:
- Develop an annual marketing budget and calendar while keeping track of the resources at-hand.
- Develop an annual social media calendar with paid media bursts.
- Build and maintain all social media channels from content and asset development to CRM and Engagement
- Keep track of performing aspects of the marketing strategy at all levels of the business.
