My client is a leading F&B company in KSA with 14 brands in their portfolio. They are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to Operations Manager, you will be managing a team of +60 and be responsible to ensure good food, good service and friendly environment as per brand guidelines. Below more details:

  • Maintain impeccable appearance, and model the expected standard
  • Review salesmanship and service opportunities with team members and qualified trainers and develop action plans for driving sales and improving services
  • Ensure accurate beverage orders, maintain adequate inventory levels, and ensure proper rotation of beverage menu according to brand standard.
  • Balance Staffing Level and labor costs to achieve optima productivity
  • Monitor and control Food cost and food quality to meet brand objective for profit.
  • Ensure brand and product knowledge to standardizer the brand with its requirement for customer satisfaction
  • Respond and resolve customer complaints to ensuring guest satisfaction to meet the objective.
  • Evaluate Condition of equipment and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to maintain the brand assets to avoid additional cost and customer complain

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in hotel & hospitality management
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Open table and Peach Works.
  • Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers.
  • Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job.
  • Professional Certification (Foodservice Management Professional “FMP”).
