- Conduct outreach to potential clients and initiate conversations about their hiring needs.
- Articulate the value proposition of CareerSaudia and tailor messages to address client-specific requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Search and select talents for job openings on your desk.
- Achieve annual sales target
- Consultant annual sales target is SR 480k
- Senior Consultant annual sales target is SR 960k
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Preference a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Personality Traits:
- Polished appearance with a professional demeanor.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
