My client a 100% Saudi Fast Food/QSR brand with 19 branches across KSA is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain, warehousing logistics, food production and procurement strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. - Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors, distributors, and other departments.
- Support all restaurants to ensure proper quality and standard of food production, availability of all food products and smooth and on time distribution.
- Oversee and manage every stage of food production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to food production to delivery of the final product.
- Ensures final product delivered on time to stores and no out of stock.
- Prepares management reports and maintains production records.
- Prepares and delivers effective and ongoing Food safety, sanitation standard and pest control per SFDA requirements and acquire certifications such as HACCP, ISO and FSCC2200 for warehousing and food manufacturing.
- Ensure maintenance and sanitation of all equipment and trucks per SFDA requirements.
- Ensure lowest inventory variance possible.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- University Degree.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is plus.
- Experience managing food production operation for commercial kitchen.
- Experience managing procurement warehousing, data entry and distribution for restaurants and central Kitchen .
- Experience managing over 30 crew, drivers, chefs and supervisors.
- Must be organized in time management, and planning.
- Ability to coach, train and develop the team.
- Reliability and integrity is a must.
- Experience in automating Supply Chain and Food production.
