My client a chain of Coffeehouses is currently looking for a Training Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to Operations Manager you will be responsible to ensure hygiene procedures, quality standards, safety and validity of the products, evaluate the level and quality of service provided, train and develop cadres for higher performance, make and implement annual training plan, below more details about the role:
- Training and development of distinguished cadres in the branches to higher levels.
- Make and implement the annual training plan for the various job levels in the operational processes.
- Ensure that the quality standards for the operations are followed according to its manual.
- Ensuring the safety and validity of the products within the branches.
- Examine and evaluate the level and quality of service provided to customers within the branches.
Requirements:
- Training background as knowledge
- KSA Experience with big QSR/Fast Food brands, high volume, and big number of outlets.
